All guestrooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in your room.
Cleaning Fee: We are are a smoke free property a charge $500 per incident for any smoking of electronic cigarettes, cigarettes, or other smoking products.
Your dogs are welcome. Pets must be house trained and are limited to two per guestroom.

Non refundable deposit of $150.00 per stay per pet for up to three days of stay.
We allow up to two dogs per room. Each dog must weigh a maximum of 50 pounds, or 75 pounds combined for both dogs.
Weight Limits:
Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom, provided that the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds.

- If you are in an unfamiliar city, ask our Concierge to help familiarize you with the areas you plan to visit.
- Watch your young children at all times.
- Warning signs on the premises are intended for your safety. We ask that you read and obey them.
- If you are traveling with small children, please remain with them at all times while you are near the water.
- Warning signs on the beach and pool deck are intended for your safety and security. We ask that you read them and obey them. If you do not understand the sign, please ask hotel staff.
- Be aware that large and small waves, submerged rocks, currents, and other conditions in bodies of water can present hidden dangers. Pay special attention to strong currents and rip tides.
- Swimming is at your own risk.
- Familiarize yourself with the location of hallway fire exits, alarms and extinguishers.
- If the alarm is sounded or if instructed to evacuate, check your door for heat or smoke and if clear, go to the nearest exit stairwell.
- Do not use the elevators.
- Turn off all air conditioners and stay low to the floor. If you must remain in the room, place wet towels under the door and report your whereabouts using the hotel emergency number.
- Do not leave valuables in your room. Place all valuables in the hotel’s safe deposit box, located at the Front Desk free of charge, or utilize the safe in your guestroom (where available).
- Close the door securely whenever you are in your room and use all locking devices provided.
- Be sure that windows as well as connecting and sliding doors are locked properly.
- Before opening your door to anyone, use the peephole and be sure that you know the person. If the person claims to be a hotel employee, verify by calling the Front Desk.
- Do not provide a credit card or identity information via the telephone. Hotel staff will never ask for credit card or identity information over the telephone.
- Always keep your room key in a secure location where it cannot be easily lost or stolen.
- Be observant when entering and exiting parking lots. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
- If you see or hear any suspicious activity, please report your observations to management.
- To ensure guest health, safety and welfare, it is Hyatt’s policy to make contact with a guest, which may include entering an occupied guestroom, a minimum of once within a 24-hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy.
- If you are outside, immediately seek safe shelter away from trees, poles and power lines.
- When inside, stay away from windows and glass doors, closing blinds or curtains to guard against broken glass.
- Take your room key if you are directed by hotel staff to go to the hotel’s designated safe haven.
- Use stairwells, not elevators.
